GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The voucher is valid for 24 months after full payment from the redemption date stated on the voucher and can be credited once in the amount stated on the voucher when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH. Value vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other vouchers. The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity. Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable, but cannot be resold. A cash payment of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the booking, the remaining value remains on the voucher and can still be redeemed for the entire Travelcircus travel range within the validity period of the voucher.

Travelcircus recommends redeeming the voucher early so that you have the widest possible choice of redemption options. The dates at the package price of GBP 108 in the specified redemption period are subject to availability of the contingents reserved by the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. Saturdays are excluded. Other travel offers and dates at the package price of GBP 108 in the specified redemption period are subject to the availability of the hotel and ticket contingents reserved by Travelcircus or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are also limited. The specified trips are sample offers. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available holidays and hotels. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Additional arrival dates and peak seasons can only be booked for an additional charge. Due to the events in connection with the coronavirus (Covid-19), there may also be deviations or restrictions in the service/offer on site. Single occupancy is possible. Additional hotels and offers, a higher number of travellers, the inclusion of children, additional services such as massages or catering options, extended ticket options, higher price categories as well as extra nights and higher room or accommodation categories may be possible for an additional charge. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking. Any additional costs, such as city tax, must be paid locally.

After redeeming the voucher: Please keep the voucher and the invoice even after your booking in case of any queries. The General Terms and Conditions of Travelcircus GmbH apply, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the service provider, e.g. the hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk in the respective booking section before finalising the booking. After redeeming the voucher/after booking, you will usually receive your travel documents up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation after redemption of the voucher, the cancellation conditions of the service provider, e.g. the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH or the arranged hotel, apply, which you can also view in the GTC or conditions in the booking section before completing the booking.
