The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.

Yes, there are limited parking spaces on the METAStadt grounds where you can park for a fee. However, we recommend traveling by public transport. The nearest stop is Erzherzog-Karl-Straße.

A tour of the exhibition takes about one and a half to two hours. However, you can of course take as long as you like to marvel at all the exhibits in detail.
