You can redeem your voucher immediately after payment.

The voucher includes two adults or one adult and one child. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for an extra charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the accommodation category and the date selected.

Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. Furthermore, it is of course also possible to upgrade your tent or room for an additional charge, depending on availability.

You stay overnight directly at Tropical Islands. Depending on availability, you can choose between a Safari Tent, a Premium Tent, a Premium Double Room or a Premium Family Room when you redeem your voucher (for a surcharge if applicable). You also have the option of booking a holiday home in the Woodland Home in the immediate vicinity of Tropical Islands for an additional charge (from 2 nights, WITHOUT breakfast).

You will receive admission to Tropical Islands on presentation of your printed booking confirmation. The booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after booking.

The voucher includes use of the tropical adventure landscape including the water slide tower, Tropino kids' club and the outdoor area "Tropical Islands Amazonia" from the day of arrival to the day of departure. After check-out, you have access to Tropical Islands until 00:59 on the following day. Of course, during the redemption process you also have the option of choosing accommodation in the Premium rooms or Woodland Homes holiday homes, subject to availability and for an additional charge. These room categories also include use of the fitness club (from the age of 16) and the tropical sauna landscape.

The options for redeeming the voucher depend on the availability of the offers and are limited. We therefore recommend that you redeem the voucher early so that you have the largest possible selection of redemption dates at the voucher price. The offers shown are examples. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available travel offers. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates and peak seasons can only be booked for an additional charge. The voucher will be credited for these dates.

The voucher is valid for 24 months after payment and can be used once when booking the above-mentioned product, subject to availability, or another trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH in the amount of the above-mentioned value.

The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.

You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator or the conditions of Tropical Islands in the booking section.

As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, it is possible that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and at weekends.
