You will receive the Amsterdam voucher as a PDF file by e-mail.
When can I redeem the Amsterdam voucher?
You can redeem your Amsterdam voucher for this offer directly after paying until 30.04.2024. From May 2024 until the end of 2025, the voucher can also be redeemed on all trips via Travelcircus. Additional costs may apply depending on the selected travel date and hotel.
Can I travel with more than two people? Can I take children with me?
The basic voucher includes two adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for an additional charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the hotel and the date selected.
Can I extend my stay or upgrade my hotel?
Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. It is of course also possible to upgrade the hotel.
How long can I redeem the Amsterdam voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed once after payment until 30.04.2024 in the travel period 08.01.-29.12.2024, subject to availability of this special offer. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher (£ 88) can be used when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH until 30.12.2025. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of Travelcircus GmbH enclosed overleaf apply.
Can I exchange the Amsterdam voucher?
The Amsterdam voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.
Can I cancel the trip after redeeming the Amsterdam voucher?
You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator in the booking section.
Can I redeem the Amsterdam voucher at no extra charge?
As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, there are limited dates available at no extra charge: Daily from 08.01. to 20.03.2024 and from 24.11. to 25.12.2024, Sundays and Mondays from 30.06. to 01.09.2024 There is a possibility that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and on weekend dates.
