General Terms and Conditions

The voucher can be redeemed once after full payment from 03.01.2024 to 30.04.2024 for the travel period from 08.01.2024 to 30.12.2024, subject to the availability of this special offer at the URL https://www.travelcircus.co.uk/amsterdam-voucher-redemption. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher (£ 88) can be used as a voucher until 30.12.2025 when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH. Travel vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other vouchers. The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity. Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable, but cannot be resold. Cash payment of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible. The voucher is valid until 30.12.2025.

Travelcircus recommends redeeming the voucher early so that you have the widest possible choice of redemption options. The cities and dates for the package price of £ 88 in the specified travel period are subject to the availability of the hotel contingents reserved by Travelcircus or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. The cities listed are examples. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available city destinations and hotels. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Additional arrival dates and peak seasons can only be booked for an additional charge. Due to the events in connection with the coronavirus (Covid-19), there may also be deviations or restrictions in the cities offered and in the service/offer on site. Single occupancy is possible. Additional hotels, a higher number of travellers, the inclusion of children, additional services, higher room categories and extra nights may be possible for an additional charge. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking. Any additional costs, such as city tax, must be paid on site.

After redeeming your voucher: Please retain your travel voucher and your bill after booking in case of inquiries at a later date. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and those of the service provider, the given hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH for example, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk at the relevant stage of the booking process, before the booking is completed. Normally, you will receive your travel documents at least 7 days before your trip once you have redeemed your voucher/made your booking. Any cancellation after redemption of the voucher is subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider, for example the tour operator Wager Kurzreisen GmbH or the given hotel. These terms can be found in the terms and conditions shown in the booking process, before the booking is finalised.
