When can I redeem the ABBA Voyage voucher?
You can redeem your voucher immediately after payment.

Can I choose my own seats?
No. In the redemption process you choose your seat category. Depending on availability, we guarantee you the best seats in this category.
Which hotel will I stay in?
Depending on availability, you can choose from various quality-checked partner hotels during the booking process, mainly in the 4- and 5-star category with good connections to the theatre. Additional costs may apply.
Can I extend my stay or upgrade my hotel?
Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. It is of course also possible to upgrade the hotel.
Can I travel with more than two people? Can I take children with me?
The basic voucher includes two adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for an additional charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the hotel and the date selected.
Is it possible to check in at the hotel after the show?
Yes, hotel receptions are generally staffed 24 hours a day.
Can I exchange the voucher?
The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.
Can I cancel the trip after redeeming the voucher? What happens if I am unable to travel?
You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator.
How long can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed for travel until 30.12.2024, subject to the availability of this special offer. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher can be used as a voucher until 30.12.2025 when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH.
When and where can I get my tickets?
You will receive your seat-specific voucher up to 7 days before arrival. This is valid as an admission ticket.
Can I redeem the voucher at no extra charge?
Yes, during the voucher redemption period you have the opportunity to book dates at the voucher price of £298 for two (£149 p.p.): https://www.travelcircus.co.uk/abba-voyage-voucher-action. As these dates are limited, we recommend that you redeem the voucher early. You also have the option of booking additional dates for an extra charge. Your voucher will be credited. Surcharges are to be expected, especially in the high season and on weekends or public holidays.
