GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After payment has been made in full, the voucher is valid for redemption within the 24 month period specified on the voucher and is valid for one-time use on a booking with Travelcircus GmbH for the value stated on the voucher. The value of the voucher (£178) can be redeemed on the travel offers found at the URL www.travelcircus.co.uk. Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers or gift cards. Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or becomes illegible, the voucher becomes invalid. Only 1 voucher or gift card can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, gift cards or other discounts. The voucher is transferable but may not be resold. Vouchers or voucher credit cannot be redeemed for cash. If the value of the voucher exceeds that of the booking, the remaining credit stays on the voucher and can be used when booking any of the Travelcircus travel offers.

Travelcircus recommends that you redeem the voucher as soon as possible in order to have the greatest selection of the options to redeem the voucher. The prices and travel dates for trips to Disneyland® Paris are determined by the type of entry and the availability of the slots which have been reserved by Travelcircus or by the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH. They are therefore subject to change and are limited. They refer for the most part to Disney mini ticket season. Variations in the availability of travel dates are to be expected. This excludes blocked dates, convention dates and other special events. Other travel dates, such as those during the main holiday season, on the weekend and on public holidays may often only be bookable for an extra charge. Due to the current situation relating to Covid-19, services/offers on site may differ from normal or be subject to limitations. Solo trips are possible. You can customise your trip with further hotel options, additional travellers, accompanying children, greater choice of timeslots and extended hotel stays for an extra fee. Insurance costs are payable immediately upon booking. Other additional charges, such as city tax, may be payable at your destination.

After redeeming your voucher: Please retain your travel voucher and your bill after booking in case of inquiries at a later date. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and those of the service provider, the given hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH for example, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk at the relevant stage of the booking process, before the booking is completed. Normally, you will receive your travel documents at least 7 days before your trip once you have redeemed your voucher/made your booking. Any cancellation after redemption of the voucher is subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider, for example the tour operator Wager Kurzreisen GmbH or the given hotel. These terms can be found in the terms and conditions shown in the booking process, before the booking is finalised.
