When can I redeem the voucher?
You can redeem your voucher immediately after payment.
Can I travel with more than two people? Can I take children with me?
The basic voucher includes two adults or, depending on the offer, one adult and one child. Please note that for some wellness offers (e.g. adults-only hotels or spas) children are only permitted from a certain age, e.g. 16 years. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for a surcharge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the offer and the date selected.
Can I extend my wellness holiday, upgrade my room category or book additional services?
Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. Furthermore, it is of course also possible to upgrade the room for an additional charge, depending on availability, or to book additional services to the package.
Which hotel will I stay in?
Depending on availability, you can choose from various quality-tested wellness hotels when redeeming your voucher, in some cases for an additional charge.
Can the voucher be redeemed on any day?
The options for redeeming the voucher depend on the availability of the offers and are limited. We therefore recommend that you redeem the voucher early so that you have the largest possible selection of redemption dates at the voucher price of €198. The offers shown are examples. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available wellness hotels. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates and peak seasons can only be booked for an additional charge. The voucher will be credited for these dates. The voucher can also be redeemed for all other Travelcircus travel offers.
How long can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 24 months after full payment
Can I exchange the voucher?
The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.
Can I cancel the trip after redeeming the voucher? What happens if I am unable to travel?
You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator or the conditions of the hotel in the booking process.
Can I redeem the voucher without incurring additional costs?
As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, it is possible that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and on weekend dates.
Is there gift wrapping for the voucher?
You will receive your personalised voucher by e-mail (on request also by post, dispatch within 5-10 working days).
