GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The voucher can be redeemed once after payment from 03.01.2024 in the travel period 04.02.2024 until 30.12.2024, subject to availability of this special offer. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher (£218 ) can be credited when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH until 30.12.2025. Travel vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other vouchers. The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity. Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable, but cannot be resold. Cash payment of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible. The voucher is valid until 30.12.2025.

Travelcircus recommends that you redeem the voucher as soon as possible in order to have the greatest selection of the options to redeem the voucher. Travel dates for the voucher value of £218 in the specified redemption time frame are dependent on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London opening times and the availability reserved by the tour operator, Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. Further travel offers and dates at the voucher value of £218 in the specified redemption time frame are dependent on the availability of the hotel and ticket offerings reserved by Travelcircus or the tour operator, Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH, and are also limited.

The given travel offers are examples. Variations in the availability of travel offers and hotels are to be expected. This excludes blocked dates, convention dates and other special events. Other travel dates, such as those during the main holiday season, on the weekend and on public holidays may often only be bookable for an extra charge. Due to the current situation relating to Covid-19, services/offers on site may differ from normal or be subject to limitations. Solo trips are possible. You can customise your trip with further hotel options, additional travellers, accompanying children and extended hotel stays for an extra fee. Insurance costs are payable immediately upon booking. Other additional charges, such as city tax, may be payable at your destination.

After redeeming your voucher: Please retain your travel voucher and your bill after booking in case of inquiries at a later date. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and those of the service provider, the given hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH for example, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk at the relevant stage of the booking process, before the booking is completed. Normally, you will receive your travel documents at least 7 days before your trip once you have redeemed your voucher/made your booking. Any cancellation after redemption of the voucher is subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider, for example the tour operator Wager Kurzreisen GmbH or the given hotel. These terms can be found in the terms and conditions shown in the booking process, before the booking is finalised.
