Cancellation And Rebooking

For trips that involve the purchase of tickets (e.g. musicals, concerts, operas), cancellation fees of 100% of the ticket price apply to the tickets immediately after booking.

If you are travelling by car, take the A13 (Berlin-Dresden). Take the Staakow exit and follow the signs for about three kilometres. The address of Tropical Islands is:

Tropical Island has numerous parking facilities:
- P1 (directly at the main entrance): approx. 6 €/driveway; valid until max. 01.00 hrs. at night the following day
- P2 & P3: approx. 3 €/driveway; valid until max. 01.00 a.m. the following day
- Parking directly at the access road to the TI grounds: free of charge
The parking spaces in the holiday home park are free of charge. From there, a shuttle bus will take you directly to the hall.
Tropical Island is also easy to reach by train. To get there, go to the Brand Tropical Islands railway station. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you directly to the water park. Its departure times are adjusted to the arrival times of the trains.

If you stay in a Premium Double Room, Premium Family Room or a Woodland Home, you also get access to the tropical sauna area.

The sauna landscape
Tropical Islands' sauna landscape covers more than 10,000 m². Seven different saunas are available for soothing and immune-boosting sauna sessions:
- The Mist Grotto and Vishnu Stone Sauna
- The Inipi Herbal Sweat Lodge
- The Gunung Mulu salt grotto, which is good for the respiratory tract
- The tree sauna at a height of 5 metres
- The Palaneri mud hut, which was modelled on the ancient tradition of the Aborigines
If you want to refresh yourself after a sauna, cool off in the plunge pool, the ice fountain or under the adventure showers. Tropical Islands also offers several beach bars with delicious, cool drinks.
The Tropical World
The Tropical World is what makes Tropical Islands so unique: Here you are immersed in the rainforest and the South Pacific.
- Bathe in the sun at 200 m long sandy beach
- Make your visit to the tropical world a real highlight with a current channel, several whirlpools and two underground slides.
- Climb the 27 m high water slide tower. If you manage to do so, you will find the brand new double-racer slide. Here, two people can race at the same time down a length of more than 200 metres. The best thing is that the time is stopped.

Kraki Beach - water playground for toddlers

The AMAZONIA outdoor area

Can I travel with more than two people? Can I take children with me?
The basic voucher includes two adults or, depending on the offer, one adult and one child. Please note that for some wellness offers (e.g. Adults Only Hotels or thermal spas) children are only allowed from a certain age, e.g. 16 years. Of course, you can add more travellers in the redemption process for an additional fee. The amount of the surcharge depends on the offer and the selected date.
