- You will receive your booking confirmation via email up to 7 days before your trip - you will need a printed copy of this to enter Tropical Islands.
- You can only check in to Tropical Islands AFTER PRESENTING YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION, so please ensure that you bring this with you.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the opening hours. These can be found on the resort website.

- Slides are sporting equipment - use them at your own risk! Children under 8 years old should be under parental supervision. From 06.11 there are maintenance works planned on the slides tower so services may be limited. Water slide fun is expected to resume in time for the start of the holiday season.
Cancellation And Rebooking
- The conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Travel of the organizer "Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH".
- For trips that involve the purchase of tickets (e.g. musicals, concerts, operas), 100% of the ticket price is non-refundable after booking.

Tropical Islands has lots of paid parking. Parking spaces near the main hall cost 5€ and the P2 and P3 car parks cost 2€. You can find free parking behind the Tropical Islands site.
The parking spaces at the holiday house park are free for you. From there, you can take the shuttle bus to the main hall.

If you book a premium double room, a premium family room or a Woodland Home, you will also have access to the sauna landscape.

The Sauna Landscape
The Tropical Islands sauna landscape covers over 10,000 m². There are seven different types of sauna for the ultimate relaxing, rejuvenating experience, including:
- Steam grotto and Vishnu stone sauna
- The Inipi herbal sweat lodge
- The Gunung Mulu salt grotto, which is beneficial for your airways
- 5 metre tall tree sauna
- The Palaneri-mud hut, which is inspired by old Aboriginal tradition
The Tropical World
The tropical world at Tropical Islands is the perfect example of exactly how unique the park is: where else could you experience the rainforest and the South Pacific in one? The 200 m long beach is perfect for sunbathing. The tropical world also contains a current canal, several whirlpools and two underground slides.
One of the highlights is the water slide tower which reaches 27 metres complete with a turbo slide which can propel you at speeds of up to 70 km/h.
