GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The voucher is valid for 24 months from the redemption date stated on the voucher after full payment has been made and can be redeemed once for the value stated on the voucher when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers. The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable but cannot be resold. Vouchers or voucher credit cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the booking, the remaining value will remain on the voucher and can still be redeemed on the entire Travelcircus travel range within the voucher's validity period.

Travelcircus recommends redeeming the voucher early so that you have the widest possible choice of redemption options. The dates for the package price of £118 during the specified redemption period are subject to availability of the contingents reserved by the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. Further travel offers and dates at the package price of € 118.00 during the specified redemption period are subject to the availability of hotel and ticket quotas reserved by Travelcircus or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are also limited. The trips listed are sample offers. The range of available trips and hotels is subject to change and variation. Blackout dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Additional arrival dates and peak season dates can only be booked at an extra charge. Due to events related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), there may also be deviations or restrictions in the service/offer on site. Single occupancy is possible. Additional hotels and offers, larger groups of travellers, children, additional services such as massages or catering options, extended ticket options, higher price categories, extra nights and higher room categories may be available at an additional cost. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking. Possible additional costs, such as city tax, are to be paid on site.

After redeeming the voucher: Please keep the voucher and the invoice after your booking for any queries. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and the general terms and conditions of the service provider, e.g. the hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk in the respective booking section before completing the booking. After redeeming the voucher/after booking, you will usually receive your travel documents up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation after redeeming the voucher, the cancellation conditions of the service provider, e.g. the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH or the hotel, apply. You can also view these in the terms and conditions or conditions in the booking process before completing the booking.
