FERROPOLIS, known as the city of iron, was built on the site of a former open-cast lignite mine. The gigantic steel constructions of the decommissioned mining machines still stand on the site today and form an impressive backdrop that fits perfectly with the music of the FULL FORCE Festival.

The location at Gremminer See is perfect for cooling off in between, so be sure to pack your swimming gear. The obligatory pink unicorn water tyre is of course a must at a metal festival.
