Can I travel with more than two people? Can I take children with me?
The basic voucher includes two adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for an additional charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the hotel and the date selected.
Can I extend my Disneyland® stay or upgrade my hotel?
Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. It is of course also possible to upgrade the hotel.
Which hotel will I stay in?
Depending on availability, you can choose from a variety of our partner hotels near Disneyland® Paris when redeeming your ticket. Some hotels can only be booked for a surcharge.
Is a transfer between my hotel and Disneyland® Paris included?
A free shuttle transfer from your hotel to Disneyland® is included at a few hotels, which will be available depending on demand and at an additional cost. These hotels are marked accordingly in the redemption process. All other hotels can be easily reached by train or car.
When and where can I get my tickets for Disneyland® Paris?
You will receive your tickets with a scan code by email at least three days before arrival. You no longer need to queue at the ticket office on site and can have your ticket scanned directly at the entrance.
When is Disneyland® Paris open?
Disneyland® Paris is open 365 days a year. Opening hours vary depending on the season.
What is the difference between the two parks at Disneyland® Paris? Does the voucher give me admission to both parks?
Disneyland® Park is themed around the most popular Disney films, while you can also take a look behind the scenes at Walt Disney Studios® Park. The basic voucher includes one day ticket per person for Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. During the redemption process, you can also convert your ticket into a combined ticket for both parks or a multi-day park ticket for an additional charge.
Can the voucher be redeemed on any day?
The voucher is limited to the "Mini-Ticket Season" days of Disneyland® Paris and the availability of the hotels. We therefore recommend that you redeem the voucher early. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates such as Saturdays or Sundays and peak seasons (e.g. July - September) can only be booked for an additional charge. The voucher will be credited for these dates.
How long can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 24 months after payment and can be used once when booking the above-mentioned product, subject to availability, or another trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH in the amount of the above-mentioned value.
Can I exchange the voucher?
The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.
Can I cancel the trip after redeeming the voucher? What happens if I am unable to travel?
You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator.
Can I redeem the voucher at no extra charge?
As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, it is possible that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and on weekend dates.
