How do I get the address of my booked hotel?
You will find the address of your booked hotel on the booking confirmation.
Is there gift wrapping for the voucher?
You will receive the voucher as a PDF file by e-mail. You can also select gift packaging in the checkout for an additional charge, which will be sent by post (within 5-10 working days). All orders received by us by 10 December 2023 will usually arrive at your home in time for Christmas.
How do I receive my tickets after redeeming the voucher?
You will receive your e-tickets by e-mail up to 7 days before arrival.
When can I redeem the Rulantica voucher?
You can redeem your voucher from 03.01.2024.
Can I travel with more than two people? Can I take children with me?
The basic voucher includes two adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for an additional charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the hotel and the date selected.
Can I extend my stay or upgrade my hotel?
Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. It is of course also possible to upgrade the hotel.
Can the voucher be redeemed on any day?
The options for redeeming the voucher are subject to availability, the opening times of the participating partners and hotels and are limited. We therefore recommend that you redeem the voucher early so that you have the widest possible choice of redemption dates at the voucher price of €158. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available hotels. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Dates during peak seasons, holidays, weekends etc. can only be booked for an additional charge. The voucher will be credited for these dates.
How long can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed for travel until 30.12.2024, subject to the availability of this special offer. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher can be used as a voucher until 30 December 2025 when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH.
Can I exchange the voucher?
The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.
Can I cancel the trip after redeeming the voucher?
You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator in the booking section.
Can I redeem the voucher at no extra charge?
As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, it is possible that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and on weekend dates
What is the best way to reach Rulantica?
The municipality of Rust has its own motorway exit (A5). If you are travelling by car, enter the following address in your navigation system: Roland-Mack-Ring 1, 77977 Rust, Germany. Alternatively, you can also use public transport to get to Rulantica. The Europa-Park & Rulantica bus (line 7231/7200) runs daily at regular intervals between Ringsheim/Europa Park station and Rulantica.
How long will it take me from Freiburg to Rulantica?
Rulantica is located in the municipality of Rust, which is around 37 kilometres from Freiburg im Breisgau. It takes about half an hour by car.
