Thermal spa voucher

You can redeem your voucher immediately after payment.

The voucher includes two adults or, depending on the spa, one adult and one child. Please note that in some spas children are only allowed from the age of 16. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for an extra charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the hotel, the spa and the date selected.

Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. Furthermore, it is of course also possible to upgrade the hotel for an additional charge, depending on availability.

Depending on availability, you can choose from various quality-tested partner hotels with good connections to the thermal spa when redeeming.

Tickets for the selected thermal spa will be sent to you by e-mail up to 7 days before arrival or at the hotel reception upon presentation of your booking confirmation.

The included admissions to the thermal spa vary depending on the offer and range from a 2-hour ticket to a multi-day ticket including sauna. Of course, during the redemption process you also have the option of upgrading the already included ticket for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Yes, you can freely choose the day of your visit to the spa during the redemption process, depending on availability. Please note that this day is then binding for the spa visit during the trip.

Yes, if you book your spa tickets for the day of arrival, this is possible. Please note, however, that with some offers the spa tickets are also deposited at the hotel reception.

The options for redeeming the voucher depend on the availability of the offers and are limited. We therefore recommend that you redeem the voucher early so that you have the largest possible selection of redemption dates at the voucher price. The offers shown are examples. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available travel offers. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates and peak seasons can only be booked for an additional charge. The voucher will be credited for these dates.

The voucher is valid for 24 months after payment and can be used once when booking the above-mentioned product, subject to availability, or another trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH in the amount of the above-mentioned value.

The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.

You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator or the conditions of the hotel in the booking process.

You will receive the voucher as a PDF file by e-mail. You can also select a high-quality voucher box in the checkout, which will be sent by post (dispatch within 3 working days).

As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, it is possible that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and at weekends.
