When can I redeem the Europa-Park voucher?
You can redeem your voucher as soon as payment has been completed. The voucher is valid for a total of 24 months. Extra charges may apply depending on your desired travel dates and hotel.
Can I take more than two people? Can I bring children with me?
The voucher itself is for two adults or one child and one adult. For an extra charge, you can add other participants during the booking process. The extra cost will depend on your chosen hotel and the dates you wish to travel.
Can I extend my stay or upgrade my hotel?
Of course! For an extra fee you can extend the dates of your stay during the booking process. You can also upgrade your hotel for an extra charge during the booking process, according to availability.

When and how will I receive my tickets for Europa-Park?
You will receive your tickets at least 7 days before your trip as eTickets via email.
When is Europa-Park open?
Europa-Park is open during the main season and the low season from the end of March until the start of November and is open for the Winter season from November until mid January.
Is the Europa-Park voucher valid for any day?
No, the redemption of the voucher is dependent on the availability of the park and of the hotels, which is limited. As a result, we advise you to redeem the voucher as soon as possible so as to have the best selection of redeemable dates for the voucher’s value of £218 available. Changes to the number of available hotels and limited availability at certain hotels is to be expected. This excludes blocked dates, convention dates and other special events. Dates during the main holiday season, school holidays, on the weekend etc. can only be booked for an extra fee. The value of the voucher will be credited when the voucher is redeemed for these dates.
How long is the Europa-Park voucher valid?
Once payment has been completed, the voucher is valid for 24 months.
Can I exchange the Europa-Park voucher?
The Europa-Park voucher cannot be exchanged after purchase. The voucher becomes invalid if the voucher code is lost or becomes illegible.
Can I cancel my trip after I have redeemed the voucher? What happens if I am unable to travel?
You can cancel your trip, but you will be subject to cancellation charges. You can find more information in the terms and conditions of the tour operator and those of the linked hotels during the booking process.
Can I redeem the Europa-Park voucher without paying any extra charges?
As the bookable prices of the offer vary according to time of year and availability, it is possible that you may only be able to redeem the voucher with additional costs. This is especially likely if you book dates in the peak season and on weekends.
