Voucher for the BMW Museum

You can redeem your voucher as soon as you have paid. It is valid for a total of 24 months. Additional costs may apply depending on the selected travel date and hotel.

The basic voucher includes two adults or, depending on the offer, one adult and one child. Please note that for some wellness offers (e.g. adults-only hotels or spas) children are only permitted from a certain age, e.g. 16 years. Of course, you can add additional travellers during the redemption process for a surcharge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the offer and the date selected.

Of course this is possible. You can extend your stay for an additional charge during the redemption process. Furthermore, it is of course also possible to upgrade the room for an additional charge, depending on availability, or to book additional services to the package.

Depending on availability, you can choose from various quality-tested offers when redeeming, some of which are subject to a surcharge.

The voucher value can be applied to all offers for all bookable dates. We recommend that you redeem the voucher early so that you have the largest possible selection of redemption dates at the voucher value. The offers shown are examples. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations in the range of available trips. Closure dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Other offers, arrival dates and peak seasons can only be booked for an additional charge. The voucher will be credited for these dates. The voucher can also be redeemed for all other Travelcircus travel offers.

The voucher is valid for 24 months after full payment

The voucher cannot be returned after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity.

You can cancel the trip, but this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the terms and conditions of the tour operator or the conditions of the hotel in the booking process.

As the bookable prices of the offers vary depending on the period and availability, it is possible that the voucher can only be redeemed at an additional cost. Additional payments are to be expected, especially in the high season and at weekends.

You will receive the voucher as a PDF file by e-mail. You can also select a high-quality voucher box in the checkout, which will be sent by post (dispatch within 3 working days).
